Jacks Quality Kidney Bean Recipe

Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredirnts

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (13.7 ounce) cartons of Jack’s Quality black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place eggs in saucepan with enough cold water to cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat, cover and let eggs sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Let eggs drain and cool, then peel, and chop.
  4. In a bowl, mix the hard-boiled eggs, kidney beans, onion, celery, relish, and mayo. Season with salt and pepper, then let chill for 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
